I am a part of this amazing team, It is with great pride I introduce, Sherah and Mireille, Co-Founders of Busy Mums Fitness Club...

With 8 kids between us, we know how hard it is to find the time to look after yourself. We want to show you that it is possible to take care of yourself in as little as 15 minutes a day. Mums are always busy and tend to always put themselves last but it doesn't have to be this way, nor should it be. The Busy Mums Fitness Club provides the tools and the support needed to help you find the time to take care of yourself and to encourage a more balanced lifestyle. We provide exercise videos that you can follow in the comfort of your own home as well as articles, recipes, online calculators, downloadable meal plans and most importantly an online community where you can come to feel supported. We have 18 expert contributors from all areas of the health and fitness industry. And now, it is all for free!
