What is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming, NLP is a process of modelling excellent behaviour from successful people to achieve excellent results.

In general terms, ‘we become what we think about’ … the unconscious mind does not know if we have thought something or if it actually experienced it.

By modelling excellence you will change to model new behaviours of the excellent by thinking feeling and being that to which we wish to aspire.

NLP’s originators were Richard Bandler, a mathematician, psychotherapist and computer expert with John Grinder, a Linguist, examined results and methods used by consistently outstanding psychotherapists, who were consistently able to produce outstanding changes in human behaviour. This knowledge was modelled into a useable form that we continue to refine based on the work of the 'masters of excellence'.

NLP is understanding and use of language that the mind comprehends to consistently achieve desired outcomes for us.

When you understand how people excel, you can model this excellence and enhance your own life… allowing yourself to achieve your true potential or personal excellence.

Since the early 1970’s NLP has been used to assist and integrate personal change in all areas of lifestyle, well-being, business, sports enhancement, health, relationships, goal setting, training and education, There are no limits, your imagination is as wide reaching as the applications in which we can benefit from NLP.
